He’s an eight-month-old Bichapoo who’s basically a tiny ball of pure chaos and joy. He’s blessed with a personality that’s equal parts deranged and adorable, and he’s totally obsessed with playing ball, running around like a lunatic, and getting belly rubs that’ll make him melt into a puddle of happiness. And let’s be real, this little goofball is also super into car rides, visiting his brother Ruu, and going on wild adventures to Target, where he scores pup cups for being his awesome, irrepressible self.

The Columbia MLS market had a strong and steady year in 2025! Total homes sold increased by 3%, and overall inventory and sales volume were up 7%, giving buyers and sellers more activity across the board. The median home price reached $269,000, which is a 2% increase from 2024 — showing continued appreciation in our area.
Despite what you may hear online, real estate is always local, and our market continues to perform as a healthy and growing one. I fully expect 2026 to bring even more positive growth for the Columbia and Lexington areas!
