Amy Cofield Law

Amy V. Cofield, a South Carolina native, holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina. After transitioning from teaching to law in 1987, she began her legal career in private practice, later establishing the first “Woman Owned” law firm in Anderson, SC. Now operating Amy Cofield Law in Lexington, SC, she is licensed in state and federal courts and actively serves on the boards of Lexington Medical Center and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association. Recognized as “Best Real Estate Attorney” and “Best Probate Attorney” by Lexington Life Magazine, Amy is also engaged in community service and has argued cases successfully at the appellate level.
