Working with Tami has been a great experience. She first began helping me when we wanted to buy land in SC. She was not pushy and gave good advice on what to look for since it was my first time. When the land buying didn't work out and we were moving to AL, I knew Tami was who I wanted to work with. I'm glad I did. My husband is military so he moved first. Tami helped us find an agent in AL to help find a rental. When we were going to put our SC home on the market, Tami has a process to get everything ready and she is knowledgeable about what buyers want. We trusted her and everything paid off. She has a great sense of the market and how to keep your home relevant while it is being viewed. She also has good work relationships with contractors, painters, etc that help get your home ready.
