Where do I start? From the first interview with Tami before she even finished selling herself I knew she was the one! Tami truly knows her stuff when it comes to selling your home. Tami is also about her clients and what is best for them. Trust me take her advice and use it! We did and our home was on the market for 24 hours before it went under contract. Tami is caring, generous, selfless, knows all the right people to contact to have inside and outside repairs completed at an affordable price. Each person I contacted that she referred. The first comment was “Tami is a wonderful person and you will not regret using her!” They were all right and we are 100% happy she was there to guide us and help us sell our home. So if you are looking for someone to sell your home then Tami Floyd is who you need. I don’t leave reviews very often, but when it’s deserved I do, and there are not enough words to sum up our gratitude.

House buying can be overwhelming for sure but when I met Tami, I knew I was in the right hands. Tami did an amazing job being my realtor. She took all my wants and needs and sent multiple listings everyday. As soon as a new listing popped up, she sent me the link. She was available day and night to answer questions. Always answering in a timely manner and if she didn't have the answers, she would contact whoever she needed to, to get the answer. When it came time to get quotes on things that needed to be fixed during the addendum phase, she provided a list of trusted contractors to choose from. Tami made the whole process of buying my home pain free and worry free. This was my second time buying a house and Tami listened to all my concerns and what I wanted.
