I absolutely LOVE working with Tami. She always makes sure her clients are taken care of by providing both the clients and the closing attorney (ME!) with all necessary information and guidance. Her clients also get a bonus in that she is a fabulous interior decorator. In addition to her expertise, she is a joy to work with!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tami Floyd for the past two years in our search for the perfect lake house, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her dedication and expertise. Working with Tami has been a great experience. She first began helping me when we wanted to buy land in SC. She was not pushy and gave good advice on what to look for since it was my first time. When the land buying didn't work out and we were moving to AL, I knew Tami was who I wanted to work with. I'm glad I did. My husband is military so he moved first. Tami helped us find an agent in AL to help find a rental. When we were going to put our SC home on the market, Tami has a process to get everything ready and she is knowledgeable about what buyers want. We trusted her and everything paid off. She has a great sense of the market and how to keep your home relevant while it is being viewed. She also has good work relationships with contractors, painters, etc that help get your home ready. I would recommend Tami Floyd to help you to find or sell a home.

Where do I start? From the first interview with Tami before she even finished selling herself I knew she was the one! Tami truly knows her stuff when it comes to selling your home. Tami is also about her clients and what is best for them. Trust me take her advice and use it! We did and our home was on the market for 24 hours before it went under contract. Tami is caring, generous, selfless, knows all the right people to contact to have inside and outside repairs completed at an affordable price. Each person I contacted that she referred. The first comment was “Tami is a wonderful person and you will not regret using her!” They were all right and we are 100% happy she was there to guide us and help us sell our home. So if you are looking for someone to sell your home then Tami Floyd is who you need. I don’t leave reviews very often, but when it’s deserved I do, and there are not enough words to sum up our gratitude.

Tami did an amazing job being my realtor. She took all my wants and needs and sent multiple listings everyday. As soon as a new listing popped up, she sent me the link.
