About Tami

Tami is a lifelong resident of Lexington County and has watched the area transform from a small town to a major area of growth. In 2021, Forbes magazine ranked Lake Murray a top southern destination. In addition, Lexington County school district 1 is top rated in SC which makes this a highly desirable area to call home. Along with her husband, Jeff, they have built six homes in the area as well as renovated two homes. After selling these homes and profiting, the love of real estate became her inspiration to help others. Tami Floyd has over 12 years experience as a Certified Interior Decorator. Tami is a great resource for some of the best local contractors, restaurants, shopping, and furniture stores. She offers complimentary staging advice with every listing appointment. With combined building experience, interior decorating experience, and real estate market experience she can assist with all of your buyer or seller needs. Tami is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Tami is married to Jeff of 29 years and they have two daughters, Jordan (23) and Peyton (17). Outside of real estate she enjoys decorating, entertaining friends and family, cruising on Lake Murray, reading, serving in the community, being a mentor at an after school program, as well as being an avid fan of dogs.
